Knit from Rothy"s thread, which is spun from plastic bottles.Approx measurements: interior length (toe to heel): 9 1/4" & Interior bridge width: 3"NOTE: When purchased, I inserted heel pads to prevent blisters. Since I decided not to keep them, I removed heel pads & there is slight (minimal) residue/markings left inside heel area on both shoes.
