Mainly the tongue with some on the sides. Minor blemishes all over, and bottom has some dirt and grimes stuck in between in the soles lines. Have been wiped down and disinfected but not deep cleaned. Not sure what the yellow is, possibly some paint but would not come off with a simple scrub.
